New Client Policy

We welcome new clients to Lisa Power Salon and look forward to taking care of you.  We require a credit card to be kept on file. 50% of the requested service will be charged at the time of booking with the remainder due at the time of the service.  Appointments missed or canceled, for any reason, within 24 hours of the beginning of the scheduled appointment will be charged the remainder of the cost of the service scheduled.

 

Cancellation Policy for Lisa Power Salon.

If, for any reason, you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, we do require a 24-business hour cancellation notice. If you do not contact us to cancel 24-business hours prior to your appointment time, you will be charged fully for the missed service. Appointments will require a credit card number to hold the reservation, and any cancellation that is less than 24 hours or no showed, will be charged 100% of the booked service. To cancel for a Tuesday appointment, a cancellation will need to take place by 6:00 pm on Friday as we are closed on Sunday and Monday.

 

Late Policy for Lisa Power Salon.

If you are up to 15 minutes late we can still provide your service, however, you may not receive the entire service that you were scheduled for. Together, we will determine what portion of your service we may not have time to complete. However, you will be charged for half of the service scheduled. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment. In this case you will be charged half of the service scheduled.
